Rather than a method Somatic Yoga is an approach which is a combination of Yoga, buddhist mindfulness pratice, neuroscience and somatic experiencing. In this approach the focus lies on liberating the body, heart and mind while regulating the nervous system.

HELLO, YOU

I am Laura,

a Violin and Yoga teacher based in Luxemburg. Married to a coffee loving percussionist. I love the feeling of walking barefoot on a fresh washed bathroom rug.

With flowing universe I create a space for love, acceptance and exchange. Every human being is unique and allowed to simply be. My vision is to give people the opportunity to reconnect with themselves and get to feel love for themselves and all others in the universe, so that we can live a holistic and fulfilled life in harmony with nature.

What you might want to know

You need comfortable clothes, your yoga mat, a cushion, a blanket and some water.

I speak german, luxembourgish and english. We will decide together in the class which language will be ok for everyone.

Yes, you can. The classes are open to all levels. You don’t need any knowledge about yoga. Just come as you are.
